Join the NHS as a Clinical Services Care Coordinator in Canterbury, delivering high-quality patient support and administrative services. The Clinical Services Care Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Clinical Services Team with regards to delivery of services offered at the practice. The focus of the team is to ensure high-quality care for patients through a well-coordinated administrative system, which offers a holistic approach to improve patient outcomes and experience.
The role includes providing administrative support to help deliver GMC and non-GMC work, including the Quality Outcome Framework (QOF), Enhanced Services, AQP Contracts, and other schemes as required.
Liaising with and supporting the Clinical Team, practice staff, contractors associated with the practice, and third parties.
Helping to improve systems and processes, including utilizing software/technology to enhance patient care and outcomes.
