As a Senior Clinician or an experienced Clinical Service Manager with expertise in CAMHS and eating disorders, this is your opportunity to join our team at Bere Clinic in Waterlooville. You will have the chance to build and lead a team, shape the service culture, and make a positive impact on service delivery.
You will support the Hospital Director in leading the service, managing both clinical and non-clinical teams, and serving as the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance.
As a Clinical Service Manager, you will bring project management experience, overseeing clinical and operational functions of the hospital. You will also deputise for the Hospital Director and attend meetings with key stakeholders.
Your role is vital to the service's success. Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will support the development of high-quality, bespoke care pathways for service users.
Bere Clinic provides a Tier 4 CAMHS eating disorder service for young people aged 12 to 18 years, primarily diagnosed with eating disorders or related difficulties, often co-morbid with mental health issues such as depression, OCD, anxiety, or self-harm.
Onsite, we have an Ofsted-registered school to support continued education during treatment.
