Job Overview
  • 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern
  • Based at Guildford/Chertsey/Banstead
  • 12 Month Secondment
Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the scheduling team as a Clinical Scheduling Assistant. You will assist while on shift in coordinating an effective Clinical Scheduling function. Your responsibilities include reviewing staffing resources and adjusting shifts to best respond to patient demand.

Main Duties

You will need good communication skills to liaise with multiple departments within the organisation on various aspects of scheduling. You will work within the local scheduling team to manage abstractions at a local level for training or other events.

Additional Requirements
  • Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills; training on the GRS Rostering System will be provided
