Job description

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the scheduling team as a Clinical Scheduling Assistant. You will assist while on shift in coordinating an effective Clinical Scheduling function. Your responsibilities include reviewing staffing of resources and making appropriate changes to shifts to respond effectively to patient demand.

Main Duties of the Job

You will need good communication skills to liaise with multiple departments within the organization on various aspects of scheduling. You will work within the local scheduling team to manage abstractions at a local level for training or other events.

You Will Also
  • Be a motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Hold good IT skills. Currently, we use the GRS Rostering System, and training will be provided on this program.
