What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will be responsible for managing sales regions, working alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders. You will deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and scrub staff operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as necessary to provide real-time support.

How You'll Create Impact

• Providing technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
• Training staff on the use of Zimmer Biomet products
• Generating sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
• Managing logistics around procedure planning and stock
• Providing onsite support for product demonstrations and education
• Following internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
• Adhering to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
• Maintaining knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
• Keeping SalesForce updated for accounts
• Attending sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
• Reporting monthly activities and performance to the Regional Sales Manager
