What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will manage sales regions, working alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders. You will deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and staff operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries to provide real-time support.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
  • Train users on Zimmer Biomet products
  • Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
  • Manage logistics around procedures and stock
  • Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite
  • Follow internal communication and documentation policies
  • Adhere to sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintain knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
  • Keep Salesforce updated
  • Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and training as required
  • Report monthly on performance and activities
