Are you an experienced clinical professional with a passion for patient safety and digital innovation?
BPAS is looking for an Interim Clinical Safety Officer to provide clinical safety leadership across our digital health systems, ensuring technology supports safe, effective and patient-centred care.
Working closely with clinical, operational and digital teams, you will lead clinical risk management, provide assurance for existing systems and support the development of our future clinical systems strategy. You will have current, unrestricted registration with a UK healthcare professional body, appropriate clinical experience and recognised Clinical Safety Officer training covering DCB0129 and DCB0160. You will also lead multidisciplinary risk assessments, review supplier safety evidence and provide independent clinical safety advice to senior stakeholders.
You will support the investigation of digital incidents and near misses, develop clinical safety guidance, contribute to staff training and provide governance reporting on risks and outstanding actions.
