Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a motivated individual to join the PRIME-IF research team, leading day-to-day delivery, regulatory approvals, intervention co‑development, participant recruitment, outcomes assessment, data management and study coordination.

You will collaborate with PPIE co-leads, engage national partners and charities, report on progress and finances, and oversee governance to deliver a high-quality, patient-centred programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of the PRIME-IF project against agreed plans, timescales and constraints.
• Coordinate regulatory approval applications and study governance.
• Oversee intervention co-development, recruitment, outcomes assessment and data management.
• Maintain formal project documentation and reporting to stakeholders and funders.
• Liaise with PPIE co-leads, patient groups, partners, and national charities.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff within the R&D team.
