The role involves promoting research opportunities, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring governance compliance, with potential collaboration across NIHR networks.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree standard or have relevant and recent research knowledge and experience to equivalent of degree level.
• Clinical registration is required and ongoing professional development is expected.
• Experience in clinical research settings and understanding of research governance are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage with NIHRportfolio studies relevant to Trust services and promote patient participation.
• Coordinate recruitment for local studies across participating sites and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Support researchers in obtaining approvals and ensuring compliance with research governance and data protection.
• Contribute to developing research culture across the Trust and mentor Research Champions.
