Job summary

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to join the team on a full-time Band 6 basis (37.5 hours) based at the Lantern Centre, Preston, with agile working across Lancashire.

The post holder will contribute to NIHR portfolio studies, identify, recruit and support service users throughout the research process, and work closely with study teams and clinicians to ensure high-quality delivery. Travel across Lancashire & South Cumbria is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC registration.
• Experience in clinical research or NIHR portfolio studies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NIHR portfolio studies across multiple specialties.
• Identify, recruit and support service users through the research process.
• Collaborate with study teams and clinicians to ensure high-quality research delivery.
