About this role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions.

The Clinical Research Manager is responsible for various project activities, including country and site tracking, monitoring plans, review of monitoring reports, and study monitoring resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading local study teams at the country level to deliver clinical studies according to resources, budget, and timelines.
• Ensuring site identification, qualification, setup, initiation, monitoring, closure, and documentation archiving.
• Submitting applications and documents to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities in a timely manner.
• Creating and implementing alternative action plans to reach patient recruitment targets, monitoring patient admission processes in coordination with researchers.
• Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and the study protocol.
• Participating in system and process improvement projects within global and local teams.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in healthcare-related fields.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Clinical Research, with at least 2 years in Project Management and Oncology.
• CAR-T experience is a plus.
• Financial management skills.
