The Centre maintains a longstanding high-profile clinical and basic science research programme and serves as the national referral centre for patients with amyloidosis and inherited periodic fever (auto-inflammatory) syndromes. More about the centre.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have opportunities to join or develop research in areas such as cardiac imaging (echocardiography, MRI, CPET), proteomics, genetics, and clinical trials in amyloidosis, under the guidance of senior academic staff. The position is available for 3 years from 1st May 2025, with encouragement to register for a PhD at UCL, with annual registration fees funded by the Centre.
