Job summaryHarrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust (HDFT) is seeking to appoint a Clinical Research Fellow in Dermatology (12 Month fixed term) to complement the skills and interests of the current team.
The remit of the postholder will be to work within the multi-disciplinary team providing care for Dermatology patients, both within the hospital and the community this includes the care of out-patients, in- patients and day case treatment patients.
Main duties of the jobThe post will also include dedicated research time to allow recruitment of patients into NIHR portfolio Dermatology studies as well as involvement in the department's research programmes. The latter embrace a number of studies ranging from basic science research studies in collaboration with the York Institute for Biomedical Research in the School of Biology, York University, Epidemiological studies in collaboration with Health Sciences at York University, Microbiological and wound care studies in collaboration with Leeds and Ulster Universities. Delivery of NIHR grants led by the department will also be included in the job role
