Job description

What you'll be doing

• Support research activities including data collection, entry, literature reviews, and documentation
• Assist in study recruitment, participant coordination, informed consent, and monitoring
• Handle ethics submissions, regulatory compliance, and communication with sponsors and collaborators
• Prepare reports, study applications, presentations, and research materials
• Support budget preparation, agreements, and administrative tasks
• Assist with venepuncture and tissue collection for biobanking

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/ Public Health/ Psychology/ Nursing or related studies
• Prior experience in research or healthcare projects is an advantage
• Familiarity with research methodologies and ethical guidelines (e.g. IRB submissions)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools (e.g. STATA, SPSS, Python, R, or Excel) is a plus
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
