Formación

• Experience in the healthcare industry with strong clinical governance and regulatory understanding.
• Proven complaints and incident management experience with root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of CQC/HIS/HIW requirements and inspection readiness.
• Ability to lead groups, deliver training, and drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across clinical and non-clinical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate hospital clinical governance and quality assurance programmes to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Review quality, safety, and governance data to identify trends and support improvement actions.
• Prepare for CQC/HIS/HIW inspections with evidence of compliance.
• Manage local complaints process and ensure investigations close within policy timelines.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality and accountability throughout the hospital.
• Ensure data collection systems monitor compliance with national policies and internal standards.
