Circle Health Group's Hendon Hospital in London seeks a Quality and Risk Manager – Clinical to lead clinical governance and quality assurance across the site. The role is 22.5 hours per week, permanent, with a salary up to £44,000 FTE, reflecting experience and qualifications.

You will manage governance data, prepare for inspections, handle complaints, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within a private healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare with strong clinical governance, risk and regulatory understanding.
• Proven track record in complaints and incident management including root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of CQC/HIS/HIW requirements and inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital clinical governance and quality assurance programmes to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Review quality, safety and governance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Prepare for inspections with evidence of compliance and liaise with department leads.
• Manage local complaints process, ensuring timely investigations and learning.
