Responsibilities

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'évaluation et d'intervention individualisés.
• Gérer une charge de cas et travailler en collaboration avec d'autres cliniciens.
• Contribuer à la formation du personnel et à la consultation.

We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our clinical team, providing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in Psychology and experience working with children and young people who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Job Description

• Develop and implement individualised assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs
• Hold a caseload and work collaboratively with other clinicians to deliver effective support
• Contribute to staff training and consultation to promote best practice and shared learning
• Implement a holistic therapeutic approach that prioritises the needs and well-being of each pupil

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Psychology (including post-graduate qualifications at Masters and/or Doctorate level)
• Experience working with children and young people who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism
• Registered with the HCPC
• Additional experience and ideally qualifications in leadership and management
