Job summary: Are you an experienced and resilient Psychological Therapist or Psychologist, capable of contributing to the strategic vision and clinical delivery of therapy within NHS talking therapies? Join our well-established, dynamic team in Bolton, delivering therapy to the local population. We seek a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced clinician to support therapy delivery within the Step 3+ team of Bolton's NHS talking therapy service. The ideal candidate will be committed to team working, have excellent relationship-building skills, and be capable of managing varied work demands.
Main duties of the job: As a Psychologist/Psychological Therapist, you will provide high-quality assessments and brief interventions for individuals experiencing common mental health disorders. This role offers opportunities for direct clinical work, consultation, supervision, reflective practice facilitation, and contributing to team development. You will have scope to develop your own practice while supporting the team to provide flexible, high-quality services that meet patient and public expectations.
