The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting psychological assessments and developing tailored, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions (1:1 and group)
• Supporting service users adjusting to life-changing neurological conditions
• Collaborating closely with Physiotherapists, OTs, SLTs, Nurses and the wider MDT
• Providing guidance to families and carers throughout the recovery journey
• Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives
• Safeguarding service users and promoting their rights and dignity

What We’re Looking For

• HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist
• Experience or strong interest in neuropsychology and/or complex trauma
• Skilled in behavioural and cognitive interventions
• Ability to build trust and empower service users
• Committed to collaborative, multidisciplinary working
