Full time, Permanent

Xyla, part of Acacium Group, is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.

Working with over 80 NHS trusts, our clinical care team delivers a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

As a Clinical Psychologist you will play a pivotal role in our service by overseeing the comprehensive assessment process for both young people and adults. Your primary responsibility will be to determine whether individuals meet the criteria for a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD through high-quality, remote assessments. This role is designed to uphold clinical excellence and drive service innovation within our team.

In addition to conducting specialist assessments, you will act as a senior clinician at Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, providing expert insights and fostering collaborative decision-making. Your leadership will extend to delivering clinical supervision to members of the Neurodevelopmental (ND) team, ensuring that all clinical practices meet our rigorous standards.

Everyday you will...

  • Conduct specialist assessments to diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD.
  • Act as a senior clinician at Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, providing expert insights and fostering collaborative decision-making.
  • Deliver clinical supervision to members of the Neurodevelopmental (ND) team, ensuring all clinical practices meet rigorous standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, including clinical audits and review activities to continuously improve service delivery.

What’s in it for you?

  • Dedication to developing you and your career- we can give you the tools, guidance and support you need to be successful.
  • Progression and development opportunities within a global business made up of over 20 different brands- there are no limits for you!
  • Endless learning & development opportunities at your fingertips, including fully funded qualifications.
  • Gym Flex- discounted gym memberships, UK-wide.
  • Regular events and incentives.
  • Discounted Tastecard membership.
  • Reward Portal, offering discounts on shops, restaurants and bars.
  • Free flu vaccinations.
  • Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Opportunities to work from home in a fully remote position.
  • Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover and Private Medical Insurance.

To thrive in this role you must ideally have...

  • A qualification/accreditation as a clinical psychologist.
  • BPS qualification or HCPC Registered.
  • 1 year experience within the mental health sector.
  • Experience working in a band 7 role.
