Job summary

Caristo Diagnostics is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join the expanding Operations team in Oxford. You will manage external-facing clinical and pharma projects within Caristo’s Imaging Core Lab, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and delivering remote site training.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in clinical project management within pharma/CRO or academia, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in clinical project management.
• Experience in pharma/CRO or academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage external-facing clinical and pharma projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver site training remotely.
• Develop risk/issue registers and project plans.
• Maintain SOPs and protocols for projects.
