Job summary

Caristo Diagnostics Ltd. in Oxford is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join our expanding Operations team.

You will oversee a range of external-facing projects, including clinical trials sponsored by pharmaceutical partners, and liaise with stakeholders across the US and UK. The role demands strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines, costs, and quality within a regulated medical devices environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience of clinical project management within pharma/CRO or academic setting.
• Desirable experience managing pharmaceutical projects and contracts within a Core Lab.
• Experience working in regulated medical devices environment.
• Prior healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Management and administration of all aspects of clinical and pharma projects within Caristo’s Imaging Core Lab.
• Strategies and direction to ensure project deliverables are completed within cost, quality, timescale and scope.
• Point of contact for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Delivery of site training (remote).
• Provide support to sites on medical imaging or data transfer related issues.
• Develop or maintain trial SOPs, protocols and other project documentation.
• Develop and maintain project plans using standard PM tools.
• Maintain risk and issue registers for projects.
• Use metrics to assess project success and implement changes.
• Assist with responses on customers’ assessment processes.
