Job summary

Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) seeks a Clinical Program Manager to lead the Adult Integrated Services Team, supervise staff, and ensure program quality and compliance. The role requires strong clinical licensure, leadership abilities, and experience in psychosocial rehabilitation within a nonprofit setting.

Salary ranges are based on licensure and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and a 35-hour workweek policy.

Qualifications

• Licensed in clinical social work, marriage & family therapy, professional clinical counseling, or psychology.
• Master’s degree in a human service or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, direct, evaluate, reward, discipline and terminate department staff per policy.
• Ensure documentation standards and timely 24-hour turnarounds.
• Support leadership and collaborate with Adult Integrated Services Team.
