Simplyhealth is seeking a Clinical Product Manager to lead clinical product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation. You will ensure clinical governance, safety and customer outcomes are at the heart of all product and service decisions, working with Product, Technology, Partnerships, Legal, Risk and Customer Relations teams.

• Clinical background as a registered healthcare professional or equivalent training.
• Experience with product teams and building or improving clinical services.

• Experience identifying and managing clinical risk.

As a Clinical Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the products and services we offer deliver outstanding clinical quality, safety and customer outcomes. You'll combine clinical expertise with a product mindset to shape innovative healthcare solutions that make a real difference to people's lives.

This is a unique opportunity to lead clinical product initiatives from concept through to launch and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product, Technology, Partnerships, Legal, Risk and Customer Relations teams, you'll help design end-to-end health journeys that remove barriers to care and connect customers with the right outcomes through a trusted network of healthcare partners.

You'll be responsible for ensuring clinical governance remains at the heart of everything we do, while helping the business identify opportunities to innovate, improve customer experiences and deliver safe, effective healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading clinical product initiatives from identifying customer needs through to launch, adoption and ongoing optimisation.
• Ensuring clinical quality, safety and effectiveness remain central to all product and service decisions.
• Designing healthcare journeys that improve outcomes and reduce barriers to accessing care.
• Managing clinical governance activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Assessing and managing clinical risk across partner-delivered services and Simplyhealth products.
• Working with third-party providers to maintain high clinical standards and identify new opportunities for strategic development.
• Monitoring service quality and performance across our partner network, using data and evidence to drive decision-making.
• Collaborating across Product, Technology, Partnerships, Legal, Risk and Customer Relations teams to deliver safe and effective healthcare solutions.
• Supporting the development of clinical product strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Acting as a clinical subject matter expert across the business, helping colleagues understand the clinical implications of product and service decisions.

About You

We're looking for a clinically qualified professional who is passionate about innovation, customer outcomes and improving access to healthcare. You'll enjoy working across multiple disciplines, balancing clinical considerations with customer needs, commercial priorities and business strategy.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A clinical background as a registered healthcare professional or equivalent clinical training and expertise.
• Experience working with product teams and building, managing or improving clinical services, ideally within digital healthcare environments.
• Experience leading projects from concept through to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Strong clinical governance knowledge and experience operating within governance frameworks.
• The ability to critically evaluate data, clinical evidence and service performance to drive informed decisions.
• Experience identifying, assessing and managing clinical risk.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on addressing root causes rather than symptoms.
• A commercial awareness that enables you to balance clinical outcomes with wider business objectives.

Experience or understanding of medical device regulation, clinical data, consent management or interoperability within digital health environments would be advantageous.
