Job summary

The post holder will have responsibility for leading, facilitating and developing education, training and workforce development across the Theatre Departments at Southport and Ormskirk sites.

The role will provide visible clinical and educational leadership, ensuring staff are supported to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required to deliver safe, effective and evidence-based perioperative care.
