Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in research and development environments (pharma/biotech/CRO)
• 3 years financial analytics experience preferred
• 3–5 years clinical project management experience mandatory
• Experience in business operations, project coordination, or portfolio management in a clinical setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
• Experience supporting portfolio governance, reporting, or operational performance management

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and deliver the Quarterly Portfolio Report.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio performance data for leadership reporting.
• Assist with portfolio governance processes and performance tracking.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, metrics, and dashboards.
• Lead quarter-end close activities and accrual management processes.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders for accurate financial reporting and timely submissions.
• Monitor financial activities and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage Purchase Order (PO) oversight and travel/expense data."
• Develop training materials and support process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across global stakeholders and teams.
• Lead communications and ensure content is current, accurate, and accessible.
• Lead monthly content updates for introduction decks and SharePoint publications.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and publish updated materials.
• Centralize communications through defined forms processes.
• Perform quality reviews of communications before distribution.
• Track communication metrics and provide reporting to leadership.
• Publish the monthly PA DU Newsletter and ensure data accuracy across updates.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and balance priorities.
• Proactively identify needs, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate issues when decisions exceed authority.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and maintain high standards of quality.
