Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to deliver a comprehensive ward-based service across inpatient mental health units. You will perform medicines reconciliation, assess patients' medicines for safety and reuse, and coordinate ordering and supply for each ward.
Applicants should hold or be working towards an ACPT qualification and be registered with the GPhC, with post-qualification ward-based experience.

Applicants should be proactive, organised and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should have post-qualification experience in a ward-based pharmacy environment and either hold, or be working towards, an accredited Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification.
