Due to new investment in our workforce, we are now recruiting passionate pharmacy professionals to join our friendly, multidisciplinary teams. Our dispensing service is fully outsourced, freeing you from dispensary commitments and allowing you to focus on clinical practice. In addition, on-call responsibilities are managed remotely, offering greater flexibility and work-life balance.
The post holder will contribute to the planning and delivery of specialist mental health clinical pharmacy services as part of the CWP pharmacy team. This will include working as a member of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that pharmaceutical care needs of patients are met, ensuring that medicines management standards are upheld in all areas of the trust and providing education on safe and effective use of medication to medical and nursing staff, patients and carers. The post holder will provide professional support and supervision to pre-registration and student pharmacists.
