Clinical Pharmacist - Warminster, Wiltshire

Join Healthii People as a Clinical Pharmacist in Warminster, Wiltshire.

This is a patient-facing role focused on medicines optimisation, repeat prescribing, and long-term condition management. The position offers flexible hours (part-time or full-time) with a salary up to £55,000, depending on experience. The role is based at a supportive, training GP practice that supports enrolment in the PCCE pathway and aims for independent prescribing qualification.

Responsibilities
  1. Run clinics for long-term conditions and conduct clinical medication reviews
  2. Support care home and domiciliary medicines reviews
  3. Handle prescription queries and contribute to systems for repeat prescribing
  4. Conduct medicines reconciliation post-discharge
  5. Implement safety alerts, local guidelines, and audit recommendations
  6. Contribute to improving prescribing quality and safety across the practice
Requirements
  • GPhC-registered pharmacist
  • At least 2 years' experience
  • Willingness to undertake the PCCE pathway
  • Strong clinical and communication skills, team-oriented
Desirable
  • Previous experience in general practice
  • Independent prescriber or training towards it
  • Completed PCCE pathway
