Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Devise and implement SystmOne searches for patient cohorts at risk.
  • Provide leadership for CQC standards in medicine-related practices.
  • Contribute to public health campaigns, including immunization programs.
  • Analyze and present medicines data for informed decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the discharge pathway and lead changes.
  • Deliver education and training on discharge pathways and medicines optimization.
  • Collaborate with hospital colleagues for appropriate prescribing and dispensing.
  • Manage changes to the prison formulary and update on SystmOne.
  • Handle the implementation of changes due to MHRA alerts and product withdrawals.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be willing to undergo National Security Vetting for prison settings.
  • Provide proof of right to work, ID, and address documentation.
  • Non-UK passport holders require correct documentation and a Home Office Share code.
  • Address history: 5 years.
  • UK Passport holders with more than six months abroad in the last three years need a certificate of good conduct or overseas police check.
  • Obtain a Police Certificate following the provided guidance.
