Job summary

Boots is hiring in Scotland to join our pharmacy team. You will use clinical expertise daily, supported by a strong team and tools, to deliver trusted care and services that place patients first.

You’ll lead standards for safety and pharmacy compliance, drive continual improvements, and collaborate with store leadership to develop the wider healthcare team. Opportunities exist to grow into advanced services and leadership paths within Boots.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent by coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
