An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join the clinical pharmacy team in geriatrics at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital and deliver high quality clinical care. You will work with the lead pharmacists and a well-established team pharmacy team to develop your clinical skills. As a valued member of the multi-disciplinary team you will contribute to service improvement projects to enhance efficiencies within the medicine and pharmacy directorates.
The postholder will be an independent prescriber or willing to complete it.
Good communication, time management and analytical skills will be required and the ability to work effectively in a team. In addition, you will contribute to pharmacy services in the evenings and weekends, thus maintaining your basic skills and competence.
Applicants must have a certificate in clinical pharmacy or equivalent and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
