We have an opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the Pharmacy Department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis. You will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for staff during leave or absence.

What we are looking for:

• A GPHC Registered Pharmacist.
• Newly qualified or an overseas pharmacist who has received their GPHC registration.
• Looking to develop your clinical skills and experience.

Duties of this role include:

• Providing pharmaceutical expertise and input into patient care within a CHG hospital, supporting the pharmacy department to deliver excellent medicine management services. Supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medicines, and supervising junior staff members in medicine management. Taking responsibility for clinical services as needed.
• Facilitating the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring a safe and effective medicines management service for patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
