Are you a Band 6 Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in South East London? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6)

Location: South East London, NHS Hospital

Duration: Ongoing contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (1-hour break)

Start Date: May

End Date: Ongoing

Rate of Pay: £23–29 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client’s team as a Clinical Pharmacist within an NHS hospital and play a key role in improving the lives of patients across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

perform comprehensive patient assessments

create and implement personalised care plans

deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

a current and valid GPhC registration

prior experience working on hospital wards (medical/surgical)

strong communication and interpersonal skills

the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
