Are you a Band 6 Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in South East London? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6)

• Location: South East London, NHS Hospital

• Duration: Ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 (1-hour break)

• Start Date: May

• End Date: Ongoing

• Rate of Pay: £23-29 per hour

What You'll Be Doing: Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist within an NHS hospital and play a key role in improving the lives of patients across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Create and implement personalised care plans

• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration

• Prior experience working on hospital wards (medical/surgical)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a full-time locum position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
