A practice in Norwich is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist on a part-time basis. Lakenham Surgery is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the practice on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredibly friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary practice team delivering high quality patient care to our patient population in the centre of Norwich.
Working collaboratively alongside a range of healthcare professionals and support staff within the practice and Primary Care Network (PCN), the Clinical Pharmacist will help to support delivery of the Primary Care Network (PCN) Directly Enhanced Service (DES), local ICB and practice based Prescribing Initiatives such as the Prescribing Quality Scheme, and generally focusing on the optimisation of medicines management and prescribing for our patient population.
