• Take ongoing responsibility for patients under their care.
• Provide a consultation service and advisory service to other clinical colleagues within the Trust and Primary Care.
• Develop close collaborative links with clinicians in their specialties and work to develop services and treatment protocols.
• Attend site-specific MDTs and participate in the multidisciplinary care team.
