Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a capable Nursing Community Manager in Swindon to lead a team of nurses and carers, delivering person-centred care that upholds dignity and wellbeing. Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and revalidation.
• At least two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or social care setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing colleagues
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nurses and carers to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee the delivery of clinical care within your community, ensuring care plans are accurate and up to date, and regulated standards are met.
• Mentor and develop colleagues, supporting continuous improvement and promoting best practice across the home.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes.
