Job summary

Hollybank Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical support and guidance across services for children, young people and adults with complex disabilities and health needs.

You will work with operational and clinical teams to uphold high care standards, contribute to governance, support medication management and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Competitive benefits accompany a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Minimum 5 years' post-registration clinical experience
• Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs, including conditions such as epilepsy and gastrostomy care
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, medication management and CQC & Ofsted requirements
• Passionate about delivering person-centred, compassionate care
• Confident communicator with excellent mentoring and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical support and guidance across our services
• Contributing to clinical governance, supporting audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting medication management and clinical risk processes
• Auditing and monitoring care plans, and advising on areas of improvement
• Undertaking competency assessments and providing informal coaching to colleagues
• Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams

Role: Clinical Nurse Supervisor

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37hrs per week)

Location: Based in Mirfield (WF14), with travel to other sites across Yorkshire required

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if you leave the Trust voluntarily within the first 12 months the cost of this will be deducted from your final salary payment.
