West London NHS Trust is seeking a motivated senior psychologist or CBT therapist to support healthcare staff and lead a team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated senior psychologist or CBT therapist with an interest in developing their skills and experience supporting staff across the health and social care sector.
Alongside some direct clinical work to assess individuals referred to the Keeping Well NWL service, the postholder will be responsible for the clinical supervision and line management of Assistant Psychologists and qualified Psychologists / CBT Therapists within the team. They will also contribute to the development of the educational, training, outreach, and consultation offer for the Keeping Well NWL service.

To assist in the operational and clinical running of our friendly and innovative staff support service. This includes working with partnership organisations to consider and implement best practice support for Healthcare staff.
