Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with up-to-date PIN.
• Experience in complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator care (training provided).
• Strong leadership, mentoring and clinical teaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal, practical, social and emotional care at clients' homes.
• Design, deliver and review tailored care plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical assessments and support for physical and psychological needs.
• Lead and supervise care staff and ensure high standards of clinical practice.
