Location: Barnsley, S70 6HH
Contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate: £50,000 per annum

About the role:

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of care and nursing staff to meet residents' medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs.
• Maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
• Overseeing clinical operations and risk management.
• Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, regulatory standards, and CQC requirements.
• Supervising care plan and risk assessment reviews to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
