Job summary
Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager / Deputy Manager for Coronation Court in Cannock. You will lead nursing and care teams, uphold high standards of care and drive continuous improvement in daily operations.
The role requires post-registration management experience, a valid NMC PIN and a passion for developing staff and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years post-registration experience with management experience.
- Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Deputy Manager preferred.
- Registered nurse with NMC PIN.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care and nursing colleagues to meet medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs.
- Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks.
- Ensure compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards.
- Supervise the Nursing Team to ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll play a key role in the daily running of our home.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure that people’s medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met
- Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement
- Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and risks
- Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements and CQC standards
- Supervising your Nursing Team to ensure that care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and reflect interventions appropriately
