Qualifications

• 3–8 years' PQE in defendant clinical negligence or NHS litigation preferred.
• Experience with NHS Resolution panel firms or medical defence organisations is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team, both remotely and in the office.
• Strong client focus, organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with adherence to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess evidence and arrange investigations as needed.
• Prepare reports and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
• Conduct witness interviews and draft statements.
• Instruct medical experts and counsel as required.
• Represent clients at hearings, conferences and ADRs.
• Contribute to team goals through supervision and training.
