Irwin Mitchell is seeking a talented Solicitor to join our leading Medical Negligence team and be based in one of our Southern offices, including Southampton. The role focuses on complex clinical negligence claims, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical and related care, with strong client-facing responsibility.

You will manage your own caseload, assist senior colleagues on high-value claims, and provide compassionate, clear legal guidance to clients during challenging times.

Qualificações

• 2+ years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
• Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
• Demonstrable ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.
