Job description

Job Title: Experienced Lawyer - Clinical Negligence

Slater & Gordon is currently recruiting for an experienced Lawyer to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in London.

Our team handles complex cases arising from misdiagnoses or failure to diagnose, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, surgical errors, and incorrect treatments. We are highly ranked within Chambers and The Legal 500 and have received individual awards for high-profile cases.

We seek a candidate with 0-3 years PQE in clinical negligence claims, capable of managing their own litigated caseload, including complex matters.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, empathetic, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. There may be opportunities to handle more complex issues, assist the wider team, and mentor junior colleagues.

You will work alongside Paralegals and Legal Assistants, providing excellent client service, managing cases through to trial, and handling complex casework.
