Job title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Southampton

Salary: £65-£78k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 5+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Their clinical and medical negligence team is one of the largest and most regarded in the UK, led by a partner who is one of the foremost experts in this area of law. You can expect market-leading matters within a supportive team.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

1. Working on the full range of medical negligence cases, including brain injury, strokes, spinal injury, amputation claims, delay in diagnoses, cerebral palsy, fatal accidents, and more.
2. Managing your own caseload whilst also assisting partners on high-value cases.
3. Demonstrating commercial awareness.
4. Working under pressure on cases of the most serious nature.
