G2 Legal Limited is supporting an Essex specialist clinical negligence practice in seeking an NQ Solicitor to join its claimant team, offering high-quality work.

You will work alongside senior lawyers on serious medical negligence claims, with structured supervision and increasing responsibility, and hybrid working with up to two days per week from home.

Qualifications

• Be newly qualified or due to qualify shortly.

The role

A highly regarded specialist law firm in Essex is looking for an NQ Solicitor to join its established claimant Clinical Negligence team.

You will work alongside senior lawyers on a varied caseload involving serious and complex medical negligence claims. You will receive structured support while gradually taking greater responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.

The position will involve reviewing medical records, liaising with medical experts, preparing witness evidence, assisting with case strategy and supporting claims through negotiation and litigation.

About you

You will ideally:

• Be a newly qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
• Have gained clinical negligence/litigationexperience during your training contract or in a previous paralegal role
