G2 Legal Limited is supporting an Essex specialist clinical negligence practice in seeking an NQ Solicitor to join its claimant team, offering high-quality work.

You will work alongside senior lawyers on serious medical negligence claims, with structured supervision and increasing responsibility, and hybrid working with up to two days per week from home.

The firm has an outstanding reputation, clear progression, and a competitive salary and benefits package with a circa £50,000 base.

Qualifications

• Be newly qualified or due to qualify shortly.
• Gained clinical negligence/litigation experience during your training contract or in a previous paralegal role.
• Committed to developing a career in claimant clinical negligence.
• Strong written, analytical and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and liaise with medical experts.
• Prepare witness evidence and assist with case strategy.
• Support claims through negotiation and litigation.
• Develop client relationships over time.
• Work alongside senior lawyers on a varied caseload.
