Position: Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Location: Cardiff

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Healthcare team at a Top 100 law firm, advising on a broad range of high-quality clinical negligence matters.

Our client is seeking ambitious Solicitors, Associates, and Senior Associates to join this growing sector, which offers interesting, varied, and often high-value work.

The successful clinical negligence lawyer will manage their own caseload, handling both litigated and pre-litigated defendant cases. Your work will encompass a range of healthcare-related matters, including clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law, and mental health.

Requirements

• 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence or healthcare law
• Strong understanding of CPR procedures
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Team player with excellent communication skills
